If you are not as firm as you used to be in the tush, and want to feel good in those jeans 50 minutes of exercises targetting the Gluteus Maximus is just what you need. Because most of us are seated for the majority of the day while driving, working or eating, our rear ends lose their function. Join this boot camp style class as we Move to get your bottom working again and help you go from an flat bottom to an apple bottom. Men, this goes for you too, nobody likes a droopy booty.

Pilates is an exercise based system targeting the body's center in order to create a stable core for all types of movement. Salsa
Discover what salsa is all about. Learn the basic steps in this class so you can move into the next level - where you will learn to master all those really neat tricks. The following steps are covered. Basic salsa step, basic open footwork, hand and foot coordination, single turns, proper lead technique, application of tension in lead and follow, and cross body lead and follow.
Bachata
Bachata music was born in the Dominican Republic, borrowing from the Cuban Bolero. A much slower dance than the merengue, bachata emerged in the rural areas of the island during the 1960s. It was derived from bolero, a music genre native to Cuba, and is compared to country or R&B music of the United States. Hip-Hop
This class offers challenging choreography and free flowing sessions. Crump, Stomp, and Step will be introduced. Students will have an opportunity to showcase their routines and choreography in an annual performance.
Sassy Hip-Hop
Hip Hop (any level). A fun, high-energy Hip Hop style that uses current music, trends and moves - but with a jazzy-sassy "twist" Fluid movements and sassy style make this a great class for the female beginner. FEMALES only, please.
Jazz:
Jazz is high energy, individual, and multifaceted. A jazz class will call on all types of energy from the dancer. Calling on its roots from broadway and tap, jazz can be high energy marrying movement with every form of music; techo, disco, pop, indie. It can also rely on ballets roots to execute a beautiful and flowing lyrical dance.
The class begins with a thorough warm-up, going through stretching, isolations, and basic isometric exercises. This leads way to cross the floor movements consisting of chaines, piques, pirouettes, jazz turns, leaps, battements, and the signature jazz walk. The last part of class is the combination. A series of moves combining what is learned across the floor with jazz steps (chasse, pas de bouree, pivot steps, funky broadways) to produce a 1 to 2 minute composition. The class ends with a short cool down.
Belly Dance Body
This class is the perfect beginners class and an excellent powerful workout. Belly Dance is one of the oldest and most evolved forms of dance in the world. Stretch and tone your body while you learn this ancient and beautiful feminine art! The movements of belly dance will sculpt and firm your body, while increasing your stamina and grace, all without stress and fatigue.
